For over 15 years, we have been the trusted sales representative of various DANFOSS product lines, including Danfoss Drives, Danfoss Power Solutions, and Danfoss Industrial Automation, serving the Estonian market with dedication and expertise.
Your Role:
- Proactively promote DANFOSS DRIVES products and solutions across Estonia, focusing on delivering measurable results.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers while creating opportunities with new clients.
- Tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, identifying and seizing new sales opportunities with determination and creativity.
- Participate in international seminars to stay ahead of industry developments and showcase innovative solutions.
- Deliver impactful presentations, seminars, and exhibitions both locally and internationally.
- Provide regular market and sales reports for performance reviews, emphasizing achieved outcomes and strategic insights.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and persistent team player who thrives in a collaborative environment:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Science or Engineering.
- Proven sales experience with a focus on achieving results.
- Understanding of electrical cabinet design and automation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with frequency converters (a plus).
- An engineering background, preferably in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on automation.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional strategic planning and time management abilities.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts effectively.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Estonian and English; knowledge of Russian is a bonus.
- A valid driver’s license.
