Roheline Laine OÜ is looking for a self-sufficient PHP Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team in Tallinn.
We are a market-leading Third Party Administrator (TPA), offering roadside, travel, home assistance, and call center services in Estonia and Latvia. Since 2002, we’ve grown steadily at 24% per year—driven by quality, efficiency, and innovation.

What You’ll Work On
- Improve and extend existing internal tools and systems
- Architect and build entirely new systems from scratch
- Take ownership of your code—quality, performance, and scalability
- Collaborate with a small, driven team to solve meaningful real-world problems
Our Stack
- Backend: PHP 8.2, Laravel 11
- Database: MariaDB
- Frontend: One or more of React, Vue, Angular
- Infra: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3), Bitbucket
- Other: REST APIs, testing frameworks, CI/CD tools
We’re Looking For Someone Who
• Has 3–4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
• Is comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of tasks
• Has strong experience with PHP and modern Laravel
• Has solid experience with SQL and relational databases
• Is familiar with at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
• Writes clean, testable code and understands the value of automated tests
• Communicates well in English (Estonian is a plus)
• Is motivated to build, improve, and optimize digital systems
