Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Handling Customer Inquiries
• Order management from the moment the order is received until the customer receives the goods, including:
• Order processing
• Providing quotations
• Confirming the order status with the customer
• Placing the order in our system
• Tracking order status
• Coordinating delivery with the logistics department and notifying the customer of delivery dates
• Verifying the conformity of the goods upon receipt

• Technical maritime education is a must
• Experience in the maritime sector is required
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Stress resilience
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Willingness to travel for business
• Proficiency in English and Russian
• The ability to find solutions to any unclear situation is highly valued :)
