NPI Project Manager

Job Description

* Plan and manage NPI project timelines, budgets, and resources
* Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain
* Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders
* Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies
* Monitor budgets and ensure financial targets are met
* Drive project schedules and resolve timeline issues
* Conduct gate reviews and ensure phase deliverables
* Act as the main customer point of contact during NPI
* Promote continuous improvement in NPI processes

Requirements

* Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field
* 3+ years of NPI project management
* Strong in product dev & manufacturing processes
* Cross-functional leadership & multitasking skills
* Excellent communicator, customer-focused
* Fluent in English (Russian is a plus)
* Organised, proactive, results-driven
* Strong negotiator, team player, great presenter
