Job Description
- Programming various microelectronic manufacturing devices for new products or to optimize existing products in bonding work station
- Providing production support for other production operators
- Handling verification batches
- Conducting design experiments (according to given inputs)
- Participating in production processes for new products or to optimise existing ones (what tools, what equipment in what order, what parameters, etc)
- Initial ordering of new tools and fixtures for new products or to optimise existing ones
- Diagnose and troubleshoot non-confirmative units in order to analyse the root causes of failures to discover systematic issues
- Participating in production meetings, customer meetings and audits
- Communication with both external and internal clients and production employees
Requirements
- Technical vocational education or the studies in the final stage, preferably 1 year of work experience in electronics industry
- Good English skills, communication skills in Russian
- Knowledge of electronics schematics, skills to use multimeter, oscilloscopes, and other common testing and diagnostic tools
- Existing experience on programming manufacturing equipment (preferably e.g. die bonders, wire bonders, dispensers etc)
- Basic understanding of microelectronics manufacturing and its processess and requirements
- Computer skills with basic undestanding about programming (e.g. visual basic)
- Ability to identify complex problems and analyse related information to develop and evaluate options and implement efficient solutions
