Head of Finance

1. Financial Strategy and Management
• Managing financial flows and ensuring the company's liquidity
• Developing and controlling budget execution, forecasting financial performance.
• Assessing financial risks and developing measures to minimize them.

2. Payment Operations and Processing Control
• Managing settlements with Visa and other payment systems.
• Interacting with banks, partners, and payment solution providers.

3. Financial Reporting
• Preparing and submitting financial reports in accordance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with Visa regulatory requirements and local financial authorities.
• Interacting with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.
• Developing and implementing internal financial and control procedures.

4. Payment Process
• Optimization and Risk Management.
• Monitoring financial flows and analyzing transaction activities.
• Managing currency and payment risks.

5. Collaboration with Business Units
• Providing financial support for product and business initiatives.
• Analyzing the profitability and efficiency of new products.
• Coordinating with business development teams, legal teams, and IT departments.

6. Financial Process Automation• Automating reporting and payment processing
.• Overseeing the development of internal financial technologies and tools.

7. Team Management
• Leading the finance department, developing, and training employees.
• Defining KPIs and ensuring their achievement.
• Improving team efficiency through the implementation of best financial management practices.

• 2–3 years of experience in a finance leadership role

• Experience in fintech, banking, or auditing

• Strong understanding of financial strategy, budget management, and risk assessment.

• Familiarity with Visa, banking partners, and payment solution providers.

• Proven ability to support product and business initiatives, assess profitability, and work closely with IT, legal, and business development teams.

• Experience in automating reporting and payment processing and working with financial technologies.
