Personnel Search
The personnel search recruitment service is carried out by a recruitment specialist with the support of Estonia's largest CV database. It is a good solution if you want to reach inactive candidates. In addition, the recruitment specialist conducts preliminary interviews and shares their professional opinion and advice with you.
The recruitment service includes:
- Preparation and design of a job offer according to the information provided by you.
- Publishing a job offer on Estonian most visited job site cvkeskus.ee.
- Highlighting the job offer to increase visibility and the number of applications
- Invitation to apply will be sent to up to 1500 suitable candidates via Estonia's largest CV database.
- Short interviews via Teams with ten suitable candidates based on their resumes, including a summary for you.
- Making personal offers through the cvkeskus.ee database.
- Background checks for up to 5 candidates chosen by you, based on the Personal Data Protection Act.
- Active communication with the candidates, including sharing feedback.
- Time guarantee: if necessary, the duration of the service is extended up to 2 weeks without additional charge.
Project duration: 5 weeks
Important to know: The final selection amongst the candidates will be made by you. The service does not guarantee that you will succeed in filling the desired position.
The cost of the recruitment project depends on the profile of the employee you are searching for.
