Job Description

  • Identify and develop new and existing corporate customers.
  • Act as the main point of contact, responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders on the customer’s side.
  • Proactively communicate to understand customers’ needs and help improve processes.
  • Understand client’s IT procurement needs and provide them with tailored solutions, showcasing the benefits and competitive advantages of Markit’s platform.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members on large and international accounts.
  • Ensure orders are properly managed and delivered.
  • Fulfilling vendor-required certifications.
  • Coordinate with client support and other teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated consistently strong results.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in IT procurement, SaaS, or related industries. Familiarity with global procurement processes is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and procurement processes. Ability to translate technical needs into business solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solver with a “get things done” attitude.
  • Secondary/higher education.
  • Excellent command of English and Estonian.
  • Ability and willingness to work independently and within a team.
  • Ability to tolerate stress and solve problems.
  • Quick learning capacity.

The work mode is hybrid, with occasional team meetings in our office located in the heart of Tallinn, Porto Franco center.

Depending on your experience, the monthly base salary starts from €3500.
