- Oversee IT operations for 300+ users across multiple sites and countries.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals and group directives.
- Manage external vendors for IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, backups, support, and hardware procurement.
- Ensure IT security compliance (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001:2022, NIS2) and protect data integrity.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT services, balancing internal needs and vendor
- Contribute to group-level IT initiatives and ensure centralized IT strategies for all Milectria units.
Ootused kandidaadile
- Strong knowledge of IT systems: networking, server management, cybersecurity, and helpdesk support.
- Relevant degree in systems science, computer technology, or related field; certifications are a plus.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.
