Interntional Business Quality Specialist

We are looking for someone who is excited about analyzing the quality and coming up with valuable findings!

-monitor and analyze the quality of postal incoming and outgoing volume
-track and report quality of services provided by partners
-monitor and analyze service performance data and quality metrics
-identify process gaps and propose data-driven improvement
-assist in maintaining and updating quality documentation, reports, and procedures as well assisting in internal audits related to quality
-collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on quality KPIs

We will be happy if you have:
-strong Excel skills
-good communication skills in English
-excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset
-ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
-proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented attitude
-experience with Confluence, Power BI, or other process documentation tools is an advantage
