As an IMS Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass:

ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001, IATF16949 and VDA managementsystems development and factory support in management systemissues
Administration of management system documentation
Coordination and conduct of internal and external audits
Activities related to the environmental management system, reporting
Process analysis, making improvement proposals and preparingprocess diagrams

Required Skills/Abilities and Experience:

5 years experience with different management systems development
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or in relativediscipline
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in English, additionally Russian and/or Estonian
Experience in processes development and changing
