BIOINFORMATICIAN for AI in Antibody Development

• Stay at the forefront of antibody AI research – continuously monitor the latest literature and software developments in the field
• Evaluate, implement and benchmark AI-based bioinformatics tools against existing in house and publicly available methods
• Deploy and maintain software – ensure seamless integration of open-source and proprietary bioinformatics tools
• Analyze large-scale antibody and protein datasets; run computational experiments, interpret results, and refine analytical approaches
• Prepare reports, presentations and communicate findings to the team, collaborators, clients and at conferences

• MSc. or PhD degree in Bioinformatics
• Background in protein/antibody bioinformatics
• Experience with GitHub for downloading, managing, and implementing tools
• Proficiency in Python (or similar language) for pipeline development and data analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and innovation
• Preferred experience in machine leaning, high performance computing, or experimental antibody discovery workflows
