Youth Empowered Graduate Program - Sales

Welcome aboard the Graduate Growth Program at Coca-Cola HBC Poland and Baltics! Get ready to shake things up as you explore the ins and outs of our company while opening up moments that refresh us all. This program will enable you to learn the ropes of a specific business function through a 12-month various on-the-job experiences.

We are looking for eager young graduates and professionals interested in starting their careers in specific departments. You will be challenged, you will be encouraged, and you will grow!

You can be successful in this role if you:

• Get to know our business and organizational structure though functional tasks, hands-on experiences in the market, and meeting with key business stakeholders.
• Take ownership of tasks within Sales department
• Engage in training sessions designed to develop essential skills for professional success in today's fast-paced world.
• Actively participate in mentoring sessions with seasoned professionals, benefiting from their guidance and expertise to accelerate your career growth and achieve your full potential.
• Embrace a culture of continuous learning, where curiosity is celebrated and personal development is prioritized.

• University degree with up to 2 years of professional experience (regardless of field of expertise)
• Proficiency in English at level C1 and in one of the local languages (Estonian, Lithuanian, Latvian or Polish)
• Availability 40h per week
• Strong MS Office and analytical skills
• Agility and self-driven personality with team player approach
• Engagement, curiosity and  resilience
• Category B driver's license
