Job Description
Role Summary: We are looking for a versatile Web Developer with strong SEO skills to manage and optimize a diverse portfolio of websites. The primary focus of this role is on setting up, maintaining, and enhancing static HTML and WordPress sites with effective SEO strategies. Experience with Single Page Applications (SPAs) and JavaScript SEO is a plus, but we are willing to provide training for this. Prior experience in the iGaming industry is beneficial but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Web Development & Site Management: Build, maintain, and optimize static HTML and WordPress websites, ensuring best practices in site architecture and performance.
- Technical SEO Implementation: Execute comprehensive on-page SEO audits, keyword optimization, and metadata improvements across multiple sites.
- Performance Optimization: Enhance Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) and overall page speed for a better user experience and improved SEO performance.
- Site Architecture & Crawl Management: Develop effective site structures, manage XML sitemaps, and handle crawl efficiency to maximize indexation of key pages.
- Cross-Department Coordination:Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to implement SEO strategies effectively.
Requirements
- HTML & WordPress Website Development and Management: Proven ability to manage a portfolio of websites with expertise in WordPress and static HTML.
- Core Web Vitals Optimization: Skilled in optimizing site speed and user experience metrics such as LCP, FID, and CLS.
- JavaScript SEO (Bonus): Knowledge of handling JavaScript rendering issues, pre-rendering, and SSR is a plus, with training available for SPA and JavaScript SEO techniques.
- Link Acquisition & Outreach: Proven experience in building quality backlinks through effective outreach and competitive analysis.
- Keyword Optimization & Metadata Management: Strong skills in keyword research, optimized content creation, and metadata enhancement to improve organic visibility.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Expertise in monitoring SEO KPIs, analyzing performance, and delivering actionable insights.
