Warrenty Technician

We’ll trust in Your hands:

• Leading the on-time, accurate and documented warranty returned part analysis, confirming failure modes as well as root cause whenever possible
• Collecting, analyzing, interpreting and sharing warranty information appropriately (FAN charts; MIS; etc.)
• Support of the root cause analysis, problem solving, corrective actions and quality improvements in warranty, design and manufacturing
• Support of Warranty Improvement Teams as needed
• Support of corrective actions (8D’s) from returned warranty units
• Control of warranty units returned by customer on the database

• Technical degree - vocational education in electronics or mechatronics preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing. Preferred with embedded SW products
• Experience with lab equipment, testing and other systems for automotive evaluation as well as customer expectations for testing (validation, PPAP, etc.)
• Ability to work with FMEAs
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
