Warehouse Manager

Job Overview:

As the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective storage, distribution, and inventory management. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment, optimizing processes, and leading a team of warehouse specialists to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and regular stock checks to minimize discrepancies.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards to provide a safe working environment for the team.
• Develop and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse specialists, ensuring high performance and team collaboration.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to implement and maintain health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Estonian is an advantage.

Working Schedule:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on business needs.
