ABB Drives Estonia is looking for a Verification Engineer to join our Team. In this role, you contribute to New Product Development projects by developing verification competence, tools, and processes, and collaborate with Product Development Engineers to ensure compliance with specifications.

The working model for the role is: On-site

Your role and responsibilities

• Develop and implement verification plans, methods, and infrastructure for product testing and compliance  Oversee electrical safety and equipment within defined testing areas, including proto area voltage supply and thermal test chambers
• Analyze test results to resolve design issues and support product development through design reviews
• Coordinate and support verification team engineers, managing project resources and ensuring knowledge sharing
• Ensure high-quality execution of tasks, adherence to safety protocols, and maintain confidentiality

• University degree in electrical engineering or power electronics with 1+ years of working experience
• Strong knowledge of drives, measurement techniques, and ability to understand complex product structures
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Cooperative, organized, and detail-oriented, with intermediate PC skills and familiarity with design and simulation tools.
