We are looking for someone who is excited to develop, manage, and optimize value-added services!

Apply if you would be happy to:
-oversee services operations, including customer returns and DDP, ensuring service availability and profitability
-propose and implement service enhancements aligned with strategic goals and client needs
-scale existing solutions to new markets as per company strategy, leveraging proven methodologies
-develop and manage pricing strategies for service offerings to attract customers and drive profitable revenue growth
-assist the Sales team in client meetings, setting up services, ensuring seamless integration and operation
-conduct monthly analysis of services performance, adjusting strategies to optimize profitability and efficiency

Requirements

We will be happy if you:
-have experience 3-5 years in logistics, ecommerce, product or service management
-have bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or related field
-have experience of managing complex projects, including service development and market expansion
-have strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions
-are fluent in English
