Job description:

- We are looking for an experienced recruiter of Ukrainian nationality to join our team, whose job will be to make contact with Ukrainan workers in Estonia and other European countries. 

- Active search of employees

- Mapping and developing the Ukrainian labour market

- Reruiting suitable candidates

- Maintaining documents ( work permits, residence permits and work visas )

- Supporting Ukrainian workers in taking up employment in Finland

- Experience in recruiting Ukrainians

- A network of contacts or long - term experience in the construction or industrial sector will be an advantage

- Good command of English and Russian

- Sense of duty and integrity

- Results - oriented and a team player

- Good stress tolerance, persuasion and communication skills

- Basic wages
