UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our innovative solutions that connect every piece of information on the construction site, aligning with our commitment to “Build smart. With Bauhub.”

As a key player in a small but fast-growing construction software company, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces and creating seamless experiences that empower our users to work smarter and more efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications, aligning with modern design principles.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and design intent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product manager, to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to refine designs and enhance user satisfaction.
• Maintain and improve the design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate our product’s design quality.

• Experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
• Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma or similar.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and responsive design.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to inform design decisions.
