Here is what people who joined the Digital Experience team want to share with you:

“I joined scandiweb six years ago as a junior web and graphic designer. Throughout the years, I have gained new skills, particularly in UI/UX design. Currently, I primarily focus on UI/UX design-related projects.

The beginning was both exciting and challenging, as I quickly found myself working on a project for House of Electrical, which dealt with electrical supplies. This was my first project from start to finish, and it was quite demanding, not only because eCommerce was new to me but also due to the communication needed with the client and team to deliver the final results.

Over the years at scandiweb, I've continued to enhance my skills, not just in UI/UX but also in graphic design. I've also helped organize offline and online events, had the opportunity to manage the design team, and improved processes to make our work more efficient and comfortable.

Overall, working at scandiweb remains exciting and challenging, with plenty of opportunities for further self-improvement.”
