Main responsibilities
- Office and trainings administration at Tallinn training facilities, including training preparation related tasks
- Managing accommodation and travel requests within the department and assisting students with their arrangements
- Responsible for training marketing concept and providing input for social media, ads, promotions, training newsletter, website, etc
- Responsible for evaluating and providing feedback to Engineering/Sales Manager on new requests for services and opportunities that require Training Unit’s involvement
- Responsible for supporting other members of Training Unit as needed including invigilation of exams
- Responsible for full customer experience including proper and frequent communication with clients, managing the Learning Management System (LMS) content and customer support
Main Requirements
- University/aeronautical degree of aviation education or 2 years of experience within aviation is considered as an advantage
- Good English language skills - both spoken and written
- Computer literate (MS Office + any experience in LMS systems)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proven competence for managing workload and planning resources
