Job Description
We at DANX BALTICS are looking for a Terminal Operator!
Terminal Operator is responsible for ensuring an efficient, high quality and safe running of Terminal Operations. Position requires working sometimes in a fast-paced environment, and prioritizing tasks, to ensure all the packages and parcels get delivered on time.
Terminal Operator is part of our Daily Operations department and reports to the Estonia Daily Operations Manager. Terminal operates 24/7, and we expect you to be able to work during all operating hours.
Main duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Offloading and unloading the trucks.
- Sorting and scanning.
- Forklift driving.
- Return management.
- Working with deadlines.
- Managing the terminal – email and phone.
- Damage and deviation reports.
- Handling of dangerous goods.

Willingness to work in three different shifts:
Our operations happen 24/7, and currently terminal operators work in three shifts: morning shift at 5:00-13:00, day shift at 14:00-22:00, and evening shift 17:00-01:00. Shifts change every other week. Please note, that shifts may change in the future, as our company grows and client needs change.
IT:
System experience of working with M365 package, different programs.
Geographical knowledge:
Baltics.
Education in logistics and transportation:
Desired, helps you deep-dive into your new role faster, but isn´t an essential qualification for the role: your mindset is what takes you further.
ADR-training and forklift license:
Desired.
