Tehnikaosakonna Projektijuht / Insener

Põhilised töökohustused ja -ülesanded:

• Tehniliste projektide ja/või eritööde juhtimine kõikides etappides.
• Projektlahenduste esialgne väljatöötamine sealhulgas projekti eelarvutused, vajadusel PFD ja PID ettevalmistamine, osalemine protsessiseadmete/osade valikus, eelarve koostamine, kulude kontroll, hindamine jms.
• Projektide ajakava, kulude, tarnijate/alltöövõtjate ja projekti(de) dokumentatsiooni haldamine ja kontroll.
• Projektide ja/või eritööde korraldamine ja kooskõlastamine erinevate ettevõtte osakondadega.
• Projektide elluviimisega seonduvate arendusettepanekute tegemine.
• Osalemine erinevates arendus-, ehitus,- eriprojektides projektimeeskonna liikmena/eksperdina.
• Ohutuse tagamine projekt-ja/või eritööde teostamisel.

 

Basic job responsibilities and tasks:

• Management of technical projects and/or special works at all stages.
• Preliminary development of project solutions, including project pre-calculations, preparation of PFD and PID if necessary, participation in the selection of process equipment/parts, budgeting, cost control, evaluation, etc.
• Management and control of project schedule, costs, suppliers/subcontractors and project(s) documentation.
• Organization and coordination of projects and / or special works with different departments of the company.
• Making development proposals related to the implementation of projects.
• Participation in various development, construction, special projects as a member of the project team / expert.
• Ensuring safety when carrying out project and/or special works.

• Tehniline-, tehnoloogiline või ehitusalane kõrgharidus ja varasem töökogemus tootmis- või tehnikavaldkonnas.
• Hea tehniline taip ning suhtlemis- ja koostööoskus.
• Oled avatud leidma lahendusi erinevatele probleemidele.
• Oskus planeerida enda kui ka meeskonna tegevusi projektide/tööde teostamisel.
• Oskus hinnata, analüüsida ja suunata erinevate meeskondade tegevusi ning hoida fookust erinevate ajakriitilistel tegevustel ja töödel.
• Oskus ja tahtmine aktiivselt suhelda erinevate projektide ja/või tööde teostamiseks vajalike osapooltega (ettevõtte -ja emaettevõtte esindajad, välispartnerid/alltöövõtjad/muud osapooled).
• Valdad eesti, inglise ja vene keelt.
• Väga hea suhtlemis- ja koostööoskus.

 

You are a suitable candidate if you have:

• Higher education in technical, technological or construction fields and previous work experience in the field of production or engineering.
• Good technical insight and communication and cooperation skills.
• You are open to finding solutions to different problems.
• Ability to plan your own and team members activities when carrying out projects / works.
• Ability to evaluate, analyze and direct the activities of different teams and keep the focus on different time-critical activities and work.
• Ability and willingness to actively communicate with the parties necessary for the implementation of various projects and / or works (colleagues of the company and the parent company, foreign partners / subcontractors / other parties).
• You are fluent in Estonian, English and Russian.
• Very good communication and cooperation skills.
