CR14 is seeking a Technology Lead to drive IT architecture development and management. You'll ensure a cohesive tech environment and lead the planning, testing, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and update IT architectures.
Coordinate technical structure and component selection.
Assess and manage technology risks.
Implement cybersecurity in technical solutions.
Lead and mentor the technical team.
What We´re Looking For:
Master’s degree in IT or relevant certifications.
10+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity, and virtualization (VMware).
Proficiency in English; Estonian is a plus.
Hands-on, with a strong ability to build solutions from scratch.
EU or NATO member state citizenship.
Willingness to obtain state security clearance.
