Technologist (paint section)

Develop and implement technological processes for surface preparation and painting of ships and metal structures;
Monitoring and maintaining work schedules to ensure alignment with production plans;
Communicate with clients and provide technical support;
Solve production-related technical issues in collaboration with the team.

Higher technical education;
Previous experience as a process/production engineer;
Conversational level of English and Russian;
Ability to read and understand technical documentation;
Willingness to learn and adapt.
