Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our team in Tartu, Estonia to provide day to day operational support to our internal entities. Your day to day activities include addressing tickets, conducting investigation, configuring HTML reports and writing technical articles of your solutions.

• Good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Data-driven analytical mindset
• Understanding of Excel formulas and HTML
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
