About the project:
We are looking for a technical support specialist who will join our team in Tallinn, Estonia. Your main role will be to help our customer support team to deal with the complicated technical issues of our clients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Actively monitoring and maintaining the performance of the product itself;
- Providing technical information on product functionality;
- Analyzing problems and providing recommendations for their elimination that were identified when using work resources;
- Identifying customer issues and helping customer support with those issues resolution;
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions;
- Handling active requests from customers via live chat to solve issues and following up to ensure the issues are resolved;
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing with our Product, Development, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
Your expertise to meet the requirement:
- Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees;
- Advanced PC or Mac skills, readiness to learn new stuff by yourself;
- Knowledge of IT hierarchy;
- Work experience in support is a plus;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong teamwork skills;
- Multi-tasking, and keeping attention to detail;
- Readiness to work in the day, evening and night shifts, and on the weekends.
