Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll partner with hiring teams to scale our engineering organization, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Your mission:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Partner with hiring teams to understand their needs, define hiring strategies, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Source and engage top engineering talent, using creative approaches beyond traditional job boards.

  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, building long-term relationships and a strong talent pipeline.

  • Collaborate with Employer Branding and Marketing teams to support recruitment campaigns and events.

  • Use data to drive hiring decisions, identifying blockers and optimizing processes for scalability.

  • Work closely with the People team to align hiring with onboarding, talent mapping, and compensation benchmarking.

A bit about you: 

  • 3-5 years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally in tech or product roles.

  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent, using innovative and data-driven approaches.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions.

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and teams.

  • Growth Mindset. You champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement across the entire organisation. Role modelling developmental proactivity and a 'learn it all' approach that inspires others.
