Job Description
Your role is to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery in production and maximise utilisation of the capacity. Your tasks include organizing the maintenance and repairs for production systems, managing a team of technicians and taking part of planning and purchasing new technological solutions.Besides this you will lead the technical projects for both the Vimsi and Sarapiku site.
You will work in close cooperation with the Production Manager of the Vimsi site and the logistics manager of the Sarapiku site. You will report to the Plant Manager Interchemie Estonia.
Requirements
We expect you to have previous experience in technical management, at least a higher education in engineering or other technincal related field, and the desire to help build up a new system and share your ideas for best possible solutions. You consider strategical and analytical thinking, problem solving, and good communication skills as your strengths. You speak both Estonian and English at a very good level. Previous experience with LEAN principles is a bonus.
