Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, and screening for Legal and business positions
  • Creating detailed job descriptions, conducting selection processes, and organizing and leading interviews
  • Serving as the first point of contact, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Handling statistics and reporting within your workstream
  • Assisting the HR manager with daily tasks
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
  • Maintaining candidate databases and tracking hiring metrics
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter and in conducting interviews
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently and effectively while managing multiple projects
  • A proactive approach, high ethical standards, and a strong team spirit
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Russian
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
