Work Responsibilities

Managing full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, and screening for Legal and business positions
Creating detailed job descriptions, conducting selection processes, and organizing and leading interviews
Serving as the first point of contact, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
Handling statistics and reporting within your workstream
Assisting the HR manager with daily tasks
Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
Maintaining candidate databases and tracking hiring metrics
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements

Requirements

Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter and in conducting interviews
Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently and effectively while managing multiple projects
A proactive approach, high ethical standards, and a strong team spirit
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English and Russian
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current hiring trends
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
