• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, ideally in an international setting.
• Strong sourcing skills and a successful track record in hiring.
• Employer branding or marketing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• B-category driver’s license.
