Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sustainability strategies aligned with company goals and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and standards and manage sustainability reporting.
  • Drive sustainability projects to reduce environmental impact and promote social responsibility initiatives across the Baltic organization.
  • Identify and mitigate sustainability-related risks and opportunities.
  • Educate employees on sustainability practices and raise organizational awareness.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of local and international environmental regulations and standards.
  • Ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies and action plans.
  • Experience in data collection, categorization, and analysis.
  • Leadership skills to drive sustainability initiatives and motivate teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
