SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

You will be responsible for: Owning and managing supplier quality issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively to support timely supply of quality parts for the manufacture of Verge products. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to quality parts supply. You will assess supplied parts for defects, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and validate corresponding 8D reports. On-site visits to support issue resolution and collaboration on process improvement with suppliers will be part of your role, along with reviewing supplier manufacturing processes and addressing capacity issues to prevent bottlenecks. This position will require a lot of travel to supplier sites.

We expect you to have: Experience working in supplier quality assurance roles in a manufacturing environment, knowledge, and experience with APQP, including the PPAP process. A positive and solution-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills. You feel comfortable in a changing environment and are familiar with working to deadlines or within a target driven climate. You speak English at a very good level.
