
Job Description
TASKS:
- Support newcomers for smooth relocation by establishing initial contact, assessing accommodation needs and housing arrangements, providing ongoing relocation assistance.
- Provide communication and administrative services, including preparing informational leaflets, assisting to obtain any elements related to the settlement (ID codes, utilities, bank accounts, family doctor), and offering specialist contacts.
- Provide family integration support by assisting with nursery and school enrolments, finding babysitters, sharing social activity suggestions for spouses like information on job-seeking opportunities, languages courses etc.
- Provide staff concierge services by assisting with daily tasks such as doctor appointments, booking a taxi or car, other organising services at the workplace etc.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- A level of post-secondary education attested by a diploma.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administration or any position related to people relocation/integration.
- Proven experience in administrative work, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes in a rapidly evolving work environment.
- Good knowledge of Estonia’s localities, with the capability to quickly and efficiently find the right contacts and solutions.
- Fluent English.
- Good organisational skills and decision-making skills.
- Supportive and helpful personality, with co-operative and service-oriented attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment.
- Estonian language knowledge is considered an asset based on place of work.
