Job Description
- Operational control of warehouse activities - Estonia, USA, Canada
- Control stock movement in warehouses, ensuring warehouse inventory balances match those in accounting programs, inventory countingReverse logistics and returned goods processing
- Checking invoices from warehouse, freight forwarder/carrier, making reportsSearch for carriers, freight forwarders, courier services.
- Request for conditions, holding tenders, achieving best cooperation conditions.
- Processing orders for delivery from the warehouse to the client, organizing transportationI nteraction with the sales department, accounting, foreign trade department
Requirements
- Knowledge of languages is required:

English - required, must be at the level of a native speakercategory of languages or/and
German - desirable
French - desirable
Estonian – desirable
- knowledge of MS Excel at the level of an advanced user - desirable
