Job Description

  • Operational control of warehouse activities - Estonia, USA, Canada
  • Control stock movement in warehouses, ensuring warehouse inventory balances match those in accounting programs, inventory countingReverse logistics and returned goods processing
  • Checking invoices from warehouse, freight forwarder/carrier, making reportsSearch for carriers, freight forwarders, courier services.
  • Request for conditions, holding tenders, achieving best cooperation conditions.
  • Processing orders for delivery from the warehouse to the client, organizing transportationI nteraction with the sales department, accounting, foreign trade department

Requirements

  • Knowledge of languages is required:

  • English - required, must be at the level of a native speakercategory of languages or/and

    German - desirable

    French - desirable

    Estonian – desirable

  • knowledge of MS Excel at the level of an advanced user - desirable
