Specialist Central Payment Unit

As our colleague you will support the payments area, mainly:
• processing group payment and direct debit files;
• processing manual payment requests;
• monitoring the file exchange with the banks and carry out issue investigation in case of errors;
• handling internal customer inquiries;
• participate in different projects both lead by IT or initiated from Treasury.

For that our new colleague should:
• possess a degree in Economics, Banking or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• have relevant professional experience, preferably from working in a bank or shared service centre;
• be fluent in Estonian and professional English;
• experience with using corporate ERP and different internet bank platforms is an advantage;
• have the wit to investigate IT systems’ and banking related matters;
• have high ethical awareness and integrity, adapt challenging situations and be a solution-oriented team-player.
