SPARE PARTS ENGINEER AND MAINTENANCE PLANNER

Your main responsibilities as Spare parts engineer and Maintenance planner:

Spare parts engineer

  • Prepare and send RFQs and orders to suppliers (Lahti, Finland/local suppliers)
  • Receive the parts into the stock (D365) and follow up of stock parameters/balances and redefine
  • Monitoring of purchase orders delivery time
  • Organizing the parts in the stocks
  • Participate supplier choice and development process
  • Active communication with suppliers
  • Participate annual meetings/contracts / RFQs (price competition)
  • Prepare price comparison

Maintenance planner

  • Arrange and collect the needed spare parts for maintenance tasks - active communication with service team
  • Plan the maintenance events and secure the needed resources: Tasks, parts, duration, tools, scaffholdings/cranes etc.
  • Update of documentation needed for the tasks (spare part lists, instructions etc)
  •  Monitoring the maintenance events
  • Monitoring the MillSIGHTS to see the impacts of the tasks done

The role requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business development or technical degree
  • + 2 Years’ experience in purchasing or production
  •  Service minded, improved and structured approach, data-driven and analytical
  • Language skills (Estonian, English, Russia)

You will work in close collaboration with your colleagues locally and in headquarter and customer representatives. You will build and maintain strong relationships with our partners.
