Job Description
We are looking for a driven Social Media Manager to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and help to continue building our company and employer brand.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily company social media content that builds meaningful connections
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram)
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, effectiveness, and best practices - and then acting on the information
- Help develop creative concepts and optimize the company's SMM strategy
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
- Help moderate user-generated content
Requirements
- Previous experience in the social media marketing area
- Education in communication, marketing, or public relations
- Knowledge of online marketing and a deep understanding of major marketing channels
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills
- Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, and SEO
- Positive attitude
- Detail and customer-oriented
- Good multitasking and organizational ability
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Russian - any other language is a plus
