Ship agent

Preparing required documents for customs and harbour services;
Preparing the invoices to customers in accordance with provided services;
Communicating with ship’s master, the port administrations and BLRT Grupp managers.

Experience in ship agency business – 2 years (maritime / shipping knowledge);
Fluency in English and Russian (main working language) and Estonian languages (in speaking and writing);
Higher education (preferably in logistic / shipping or similar);
Marketing and communicational skills required (shipping companies, superintendents on site, project leaders in BLRT Grupp);
Driver’s licence.
