Job Description
- Implementing ServiceNow modules primarily ITSM for our customers. (Candidates with ITSM and CSM/HR module knowledge are preferred)
- Contributing as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex
- Analysing and resolving production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow
- Handling code migration from development to test to production on instances of ServiceNow
- Supporting end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution
Requirements
You are the one that we are looking for, if you have:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow developer or support role
- Good technical knowledge about ServiceNow ITSM module
- Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant
- Ability to analyse and improve current implementation and solutions as well as explain and present new ideas and solutions
- Prior exposure to international teams located in Europe and India
- ServiceNow certifications
- Good English communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate well with customers and as well as within the organisation
- Are well-spoken, articulate and communicative
- Are physically located in Estonia and able to travel to Sweden when needed
