
Job Description
We are looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our Service Delivery team. In this role, you will assist and work in service delivery team that works closely with 3stepIT countries by doing tasks, handling data, providing reports, instructions, and training to different countries. You will also support customer setups, offer second-level support, and ensure service documentation remains accurate and up to date. Additionally, you will gather feedback, participate development and help implement improvements to all countries.
Your daily tasks will include handling service tasks and support requests, maintaining solution-related materials, supporting deployments, and ensuring accurate reporting. You will also collaborate with Unified Operations, Product Management, and IT teams, contribute to service development, and assist in project coordination.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in enhancing service delivery and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications and experience:
- Educational degree or relevant qualification in General Economics
- Experience in customer service, service delivery, and training
- Proficiency in using, deploying, and training on technical tools and systems Strong focus on continuous service improvement
- Very good written and spoken Swedish and English; other language skills are an asset
Skills & Personal Qualities:
- Excellent customer service and service delivery skills
- Strong communication, documentation, and training abilities
- Proficiency in IT systems and technology
- Problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn and develop
