We are welcoming in our Estonian team Service B2B coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Sell Proactively Toyota OEM spare parts and service products.
• B2B relationships and customer visits
• To coordinate and organize daily work schedule for service mechanics
• To communicate with customers to coordinate service requests, deadlines, changes etc.
• To digitally process and prepare service reports
• To control service mechanics work quality, overall performance
• Preform control of Technicians vans and inventories

• Education and work experience in technical area (automotive, machinery)
• Experience in customer support
• Very good Estonian language skills, good Russian and English language skills;
• Computer literacy ( Outlook, excel, PowerPoint) and ability to acquire new programs
• Customer oriented with good communication skills
• Highly organized, very good planning skills
