
Job Description
TASKS:
- Develop and maintain a training portfolio for eu-LISA’s IT systems;
- Plan and manage training activities, ensuring they align with the training strategy;
- Deliver training by developing content, identifying trainers, and coordinating logistics;
- Conduct needs assessments and analyse feedback to prioritize training;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Operations Department, Security Unit, JHA Agencies, European Commission, and contractors;
- Provide input for internal reports and dashboards;
- Aggregate and analyse data for training dashboards;
- Support digital learning programs using webinars and LMS.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree or secondary education and at least 3 years of proven professional experience;
- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience, of which minimum 3 years of experience in relevant field;
- Fluent English;
- Experience in training coordination and delivery;
- Experience with digital learning tools and LMS;
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in rapid work environment;
- supportive and helpful personality, with co-operative and service-oriented attitude;
- good communication skills and ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment.
