Senior Logistician

We are looking for a Senior Logistician to join our Supply Chain department in Tallinn, Estonia.  

Main responsibilities 

• Arranging transportation of Magnetic Group subsidiaries and customers’ shipments globally via air, land, and sea
• Coordinate with the freight forwarder’s logisticians and their representatives both incoming and outgoing shipments
• Ensure correct management of paperwork and documentation regarding shipping activities
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and KPIs
• Develop and implement logistics plans for improved efficiency and reduced costs
• Help coordinate daily work of the logistics and outgoing departments
• Supporting and coordinating AOG, Critical and Routine orders based on their priority and urgency

Main Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in managing Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is required
• Previous work experience as a logistician, minimum 2 years of experience
• English level B2, Estonian level A2 minimum
• Ability to comprehend technical terms necessary for managing logistics coordination in both English and Estonian
• Readiness to work outside of office hours and on weekends, if needed
• Ability to plan and coordinate all the transportation related aspects and questions
• Ability and readiness to take lead on projects and tread challenges
• Experience in arranging air cargo and road transportation
• Knowledge of customs procedures work is welcomed
