Job Description
TASKS:
- assist the Reporting team of the agency in the daily tasks and specifically in collecting input from across the organisation in view of drafting reports and notes; coordinate the collection of input from in-house and outside stakeholders;
- collect statistical data, compile overviews with different data sets, run quality check on statistical data collected;
- prepare graphs and visual elements to be included in reports and presentations;
- contribute to the drafting of Reports on the systems in operations (SIS, Eurodac and VIS) in line with the respective regulations;
- contribute to the organisation and participate in events and workshops, send invitations, take minutes;
- carry out any other task assigned by the Head of Sector or the Head of Unit.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- completed university studies of at least 3 years attested by a diploma;
- minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience;
- experience in working in the EU environment, preferable;
- strong drafting skills, preferably but not necessarily in the ICT domain;
- excellent usage of Excel, previous usage of Power BI preferable;
- analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills;
- ability to cooperate smoothly in the multicultural environment;
- proficiency in written and spoken English;
- previous experience in Justice and Home affairs domain and/or IT domain is considered an asset.
