Sales Specialist (Travel Designer) in Travel Company

Your primary job responsibility will be managing incoming travel requests and bookings from our partners, primarily from the USA, Europe, GCC and CIS regions. You will create exciting itineraries for the Nordic countries, prepare detailed cost calculations and oversee the entire travel process from start to finish.

Travel specialists are required to be creative and adaptable to work offering a variety of holiday products to existing partner companies. They need to be able to work in an exciting target-driven sales environment as a part of a supportive and dynamic team. 

The ideal candidate will be:

• Fluent in English (knowledge of any other Nordic language is a plus)
• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in travel or hospitality business
• Have relevant work experience in the travel industry
• Results-driven
• Able to handle challenging sales situations
• Capable of multi-tasking
• An enthusiastic team player who learns quickly in an upbeat, energetic sales environment
• Able to project a positive attitude, and display comfort and confidence to all team members
• Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel and PDF

Travel designers work within the dynamic team to provide outstanding customer service including information on agency product and travel destinations, to promote the agency brand and generate sales.

We are offering you a chance to work with a professional team in an international working environment. You will work in hybrid mode from home and our Tallinn office.
Your basic salary will start from 1000€ + sales bonus.
