Job Description

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Searching for and attracting new clients (cold calls, meetings, participation in exhibitions and conferences).
  • Working with current clients (maintaining successful relationships, identifying new needs, increasing loyalty).
  • Preparing commercial offers and agreeing on terms.
  • Concluding contracts and supporting transactions.
  • Market and competitor analysis (development of sales strategies).
  • Reporting.

Requirements

We expect from you:

  • Fluency in English, Estonian and Russian.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales or work in the metalworking industry will be a plus.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and handling objections.
  • Ability to work with CRM and office programs.
  • Stress resistance, initiative, focus on results.
