Job Description
You will be part of the sales team. You will work with a variety of high-profile clients and be responsible for maintaining, developing and building professional relationships with key clients.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Develop cooperation with existing clients, as well as attract new cooperation partners;
Represent the entire portfolio of products in the company;
Ensure the fulfilment of the company's sales plan by preparing regular customer orders, creating effective placement of goods, and advertising materials and implementing marketing activities;
Control customer payments;
Skillfully delegate tasks to the sales team.
Mandatory previous work experience as a Key Account specialist;
Excellent communication, product presentation and persuasion skills;
Energy, perseverance, high self-motivation and positive thinking;
Good time planning;
Ability to work productively in a changing business environment;
Excellent knowledge of Estonian, Russian and English;
Category B driving license.
Motivating reward system: 2500 EUR gross during the probationary period, after the probationary period 3175 EUR gross + percentage bonus from the achieved work results;
Details will be discussed during the job interview;
